The Bay Area Seniors Softball Association (BASSA) is a non-profit senior (50+) softball organization. BASSA offers a daytime senior softball league in the Clear Lake / Pasadena area, and is always looking for new players to come enjoy some fun and competitive slow-pitch softball with us. Our league has men and women participating, with several teams divided into two divisions, based on skill levels; an East division (for older players) and a West division (for younger players). We play on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings on the senior softball fields at Kipper Mease Sports Complex in Pasadena, TX.
The BASSA Fall 2026 season games starts on September 8th, 2026 and will play through November 18th, 2026. If you are interested in joining or have any questions about our league, please contact us. To join BASSA, here is our Registration Form, print it out, sign and mail it in to the address shown on the form. (You can also bring it to a softball practice and give to a Board member.)
We will have practice on Wednesday 30 minutes earlier because we need to close the shed no later than 10:00 AM to go to the BASSA Board meeting.
BASSA currently has summer softball practices at Kipper Mease on Tuesday and Wednesdays. If you would like to be reminded, we can add you to the Softball Email list, please contact us and we will add you. We usually send Email Reminders on Monday afternoon!
