The Bay Area Seniors Softball Association (BASSA) is a non-profit senior (50+) softball organization. BASSA offers a daytime senior softball league in the Clear Lake / Pasadena area, and is always looking for new players to come enjoy some fun and competitive slow-pitch softball with us. Our league has men and women participating, with several teams divided into two divisions, based on skill levels; an East division (for older players) and a West division (for younger players). We play on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings on the senior softball fields at Kipper Mease Sports Complex in Pasadena, TX.
The BASSA Fall 2026 season games starts on September 1st, 2026 and will play through November 18th, 2026. If you are interested in joining or have any questions about our league, please contact us.
Softball practice for Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 has been cancelled due to rain! We are not sure about practice for Wednesday, July 15th yet, but will email the Softball Email list Tuesday afternoon and let everyone know then.
BASSA currently has summer softball practices at Kipper Mease on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (time specified in the email blast.) If you are not on the Softball Email list, please contact us and we will add you. We usually send Email Reminders on Monday afternoon!
Bay Area Seniors Softball Association Inc qualified as a 501(c)(4) organization on May 29th, 1996.
